Due to nature of our business, our products cannot be exchanged or returned. In case of having an issue with the order, the best way to sort it out is to email us at support@jumanah.co.uk.

Please follow the below guidelines when returning:

• Item(s) being returned
• Reason of returning the item
• Your order number or copy of the order receipt
• If possible, photos to support your concern or claim
• Items are directly purchased from our website and if purchased from authorised retailor, please contact them for resolution
• Any item bought on promotional price will be recalculated when the item is returned or exchanged
• Once the orders are in possession of third party, we are not responsible or liable for delays and damages
• If misuse of our Returns Policy is suspected, we have right to limit returns and exchanges
• Once we have received your request, one of our team member’s will contact you
